I have trouble making decisions this is a big deal ok

In no particular order:
Buffy Summers, Dana Scully, Catelyn Stark, Kira Nerys, Martha Jones, Lilah Morgan, Senju Tsunade, Joan Watson, Laura Roslin, and Vergere (who really shouldn’t be here in terms of quality arcs sighs I just have trouble letting gooo)

sometimes I get so caught up in valid criticism, in awareness of the problematics around me from both people and the media we consume and I can’t remember the other side of the coin?? and that’s how much I love the people and things I’m uncomfortable with, how much I’m invested in them because at their roots there ~is something that draws me in and I can be critical and celebrate too and sometimes I just want to unabashedly love and it’s so eaSY because there is so much to love and it’s wonDERFUL

discussing issues which are necessary to be talked about is as much part of a fandom as anything else and has nothing to do with fighting

the idea of a fandom is that you are more than a passive consumer who accepts things mindlessly

idealizing things is unhealthy and gives you a skewed view of reality
